Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. Along with BJJ, she also trained in wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. In the age of 18, she made her debut as an amateur at WCFC. Ladd later went on to take down three opponents consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents had been defeated in the first minute. She then went back to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen was able to defeat Silvia Babaeghian as well as Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia defeated Aspen with a majority vote. The loss put a mark on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd beat Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff, and increased her record for amateurs to 8-1. Aspen began her career in the year 2015 when she signed to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011, and was victorious by one-round TKO. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: She won the next match in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round Armbar submission. Aspen used superior wrestling to defeat McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen was then able to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight of 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however, Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy via TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her final fight for the company. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks beaten by a an unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came in UFC Fight Night 118 when she took on Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina, and ground-and - pounded her for the TKO victory in the second round. Her next fight, against Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was more spectacular. Ladd took the win in round one and was awarded the Performance of the Night Bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight. Ladd, who won an unanimous decision in a great back-and forth fight between the two fighters was awarded her Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her losing streak. Yana Knitskaya in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, lost to Randamie. In her place She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. She lost by unanimous decision.
